I was with my friend mary cita sa UP last Thursday talking about how we spend each day.

I told them I do lots of things the moment I wake up and before I go to sleep - ang pakiramdam ko kasi sayang yung araw pag natulog ka lang maghapon.

Heto namn yung sinabi nya quoting his dad : "If you sleep 8 hours a day, It only means that you just slept for the 1/3 of your lifetime... " (mc's father)

Come to think of it... totoo... nga yun :P

Pero siempre we need to sleep naman kasi. If not, if we deprove ourselves of sleeping mga health problems naman ang kapalit plus iikli din ang buhay natin. Plus did you know na too much sleeping also causes eyebags. Nakakasakit din ng katawan at nakakapanghina pag sobra. Pero in right proportions it will give you that relaxed feel for the next morning. Revitalizing at nakakaganda ng sa akin ang pagtulog ng mapayapa. You also dream whenever you sleep - though hindi nga lang natin natatandaan lahat ng randomness na yun.

I enjoy the day more than the night. This is the same reason why di siguro ako nag-eenjoy sa nightlife na tinatawag. I don't smoke, I don't drink and I'm not fond of spending much money just to dance with people that I dont even know - hehe. I'd rather have dinner with friends or have a stroll sa mall and do videoke. I love hanging out with my sisters. Watching movies, singing and joking around with my family makes me feel so good. Mahilig ako sa halaman :D my sister loves pets, and our lil sister loves hello kitty (mga inanimate objects).

This would be a busy week for me. I'll try not to surf the net that often whenever I'm in the office hehehe. Have a great week everyone!
