You can do it in graphics application like CorelDraw, Photoshop, illustrator, Freehand... Pero a friend did this for me lols :D

It's similar to re drawing a picture... through vector lines and outlines then adding fills and stuff... or doing it faster in photoshop through some filters :D

Honga lols- hahahah pinilit ko cia actually na gawan ako lols- kahit na pede ako gumawa by myself- mas masaya if someone does it for you, like the photo edits you did for me before jaydee :D weee

actually nahihiya ako e edit yung pics mo ian,,,, halos ata lahat na edit ko na.... sayo na lng ang hindi.... coz i know,,, mas magaling ka sakin...at di hamak na mas talented.... thats why wala pa akong nagagawang pics mo...afraid akow.....
